5. Terms of Use

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. klia88 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated at the point of request. Most withdrawals are completed within five (5) minutes to the verified payment method. klia88 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawal requests exceding specified thresholds. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits, or that are otherwise linked to your verified Account.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on klia88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit or withdrawal. klia88 is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

klia88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referal rewards. The following conditions apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, and expiry date, as published at the time the promotion is offered;
• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn;

• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. klia88 is not responsible for odds movements between viewing and placement;
• In-play betting markets (live football, live sports) may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on klia88 and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and may result in legal action:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, false identities, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Fraud: Providing false information during registration, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud;
• Charge-backs: Initiating unauthorised charge-backs or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider where no legitimate grounds exist;
• Money Laundering: Using klia88 to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity;
• Underage Gambling: Registering or using the Platform if you are below the age of 21, or facilitating access for persons under 21.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the klia88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and game designs, is the intellectual property of klia88 or its licensed content providers. Such content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose.
